Diamond MKTG, Inc is actively searching for Candidates to join our Customer Service & Sales Team for our Newest locations in Sacramento.

*HOURLY POSITION + WEEKLY BONUSES & COMMISSIONS

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to be part of a team that works together with trust, love & respect. while developing their own leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide Excellent Customer Service with a positive and professional attitude
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Perform other task as assigned by manager
Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing, advertising, retail
Ability to Work (In-Person) flexible shifts ( weekdays/weekends)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in teams
A desire to learn how to sell, succeed and grow your career
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Open to travel
