Back to the roots… where it all started for Woodpeckers.

It’s been a minute since I’ve done a woodworking project, and this one definitely lit that fire in me again!

I loved being able to combine so many different methods into one project—woodworking, engraving, UV-DTF, sublimation, and leather cutting.

But the best part? Seeing the excitement on the customer’s face. I only wish I could’ve been there to see his reaction when he received it.

Yes, we’re a business and profit keeps the doors open, but my real payment is seeing the happiness and reactions our work creates.

That’s why we do what we do—creating more than products, we create lasting memories. 💪🇵🇷🔥🇵🇷💪

Let me tell you about this 12yo boy right here. ❤️

He woke up on his own at 5:00 AM so he could come with me to the Fort Lee Run for the Fallen, help pass out shirts, and represent Woodpeckers. And he absolutely crushed it.

When we say family-owned and operated, this is exactly what we mean. Our family doesn’t just have our name attached to this business—we show up, work together, and take pride in what we’ve built.

We are incredibly grateful that Woodpeckers Plaques & Crafts had the opportunity to sponsor the Run for the Fallen. Being part of an event that honors and remembers our fallen service members means even more to us as a veteran-owned business.

Thank you U.S. Army Fort Lee MWR for giving us the opportunity to support this amazing event. Seeing 1,000 people wearing something we helped create. That’s a moment I’ll never forget.

Proud of my son. Proud of my family. Proud of our business. And proud to support such a meaningful event. 🇺🇸❤️

This is what family-owned looks like.

You wanna know what 1,000 shirts look like? Here you go. We are one of the sponsors for tomorrow’s Run for the Fallen event in Fort Lee. 1,000 T-shirts in 14 Boxes 👀👀👀

No sweat, no gain!

🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget.

As a veteran-owned business, September 11th holds a special place in our hearts. Today, we remember the lives lost, honor the heroes who answered the call, and recognize the men and women who stepped forward to serve our nation in the years that followed.

At Woodpeckers Plaques & Crafts, we will always remember.

September 11, 2001 — Never Forgotten. 🇺🇸
