The Fifth Circuit just DENIED the Department of Justice’s latest attempt to drag out nearly a year of delays in our lawsuit against the ATF’s so-called “Engaged in the Business” rule.

This Biden-era rule was nothing more than a backdoor push for universal gun registration and background checks, and the courts are clearly done playing along with DOJ’s stall tactics.

President Trump promised to eliminate this ATF rule in his first week in office—yet here we are on Day 359, with AG Pam Bondi still defending Biden-era Second Amendment infringements.

If this DOJ truly claims to be pro-Second Amendment, it’s time to drop these schemes, stop protecting ATF overreach, and respect the Constitution.
