I’m really excited to share that The Gudz is supporting the upcoming Community Mental Health Walk here in Houston hosted by Larneka Lavalais, LPC PLLC and Rell’s Real Fruit.
I believe our work, businesses, and ambitions should support our lives not consume them. That’s why mental wellness is important to me.
So being able to sponsor an event that centers community care, connection, and mental health feels incredibly meaningful.
If you’re in the Houston area, I hope you’ll join us at Memorial Park. Let’s walk together and continue building spaces where wellness and success can exist side by side.
