In the beginning stages of a custom order, I research the best unbranded, quality products that I can customize to my client's needs while maintaining my affordable pricing.

Next, I ensure I'm making EXACTLY what my client wants by pulling from our Discovery Call discussion. In this specific gifting experience, Monica requested five rad journals including an inspirational quote and her logo to send to her clients as their projects wrapped up.

When the deadline we previously discussed came up, I sent out Monica's customized journals with a foil printed Harry Potter quote & her logo on the cover. Monica was so impressed with the results of her custom client gifts, she reordered from me within three months!

2020 has been a year of new beginnings, lots of learning and has been a wonderful adventure. I've loved creating many different projects for all the clients who have shared interest and I can't wait to work with the next 20 clients in the first 3 months!
