For a long time, I worked in the oil and gas industry traveling nationwide for work. To be closer to home and with the dream of one day starting a family, I started this business in 2019. t. After coming across a wide range of hats from great to terrible quality, I had a passion to create high quality hats and other embroidered goods. I took the leap of faith and started my shop in 2019. For the last 4 years, most of our sales have been geared towards local businesses and networks built nationwide with most sales coming from referrals and word of mouth. Many customers recommended that I begin selling on Etsy. We have been so busy that we have yet to sell much on the Etsy shop, but I'm looking forward to that changing. Please follow our other media platforms to verify our quality of work and reviews! I confess, we have been terrible at marketing, but I'm hoping we can fix that! We pride every sale from 1 item to 1000+ items. Since we started, we now have expanded to offer so many more services to be a one-stop shop. We are set up for large commercial and industrial jobs, however, we love what we do, so we can handle any order of any size. We now offer embroidery on almost anything (hats, polos, dress shirts, fishing shirts, etc.), eco-solvent printed vinyl die cut stickers, Direct to Film (DTF) transfers and printed garments, and also laser engraved promotional and gift items (weddings, house warmings, and even business items) from slate coasters, metal keychain bottle openers, premium pens, tumblers, pencils, metal business cards, metal wallets, ammo cans, leather patch hats with patches directly stitched to the hats, leatherette patch hats with adhesive, and so much more. All our work is completed from start to finish by our team in-house right here in Texas: ordering supplies, accounting, digitizing setup/graphics work, running the hats/items, packaging, final inspection/quality control, and shipping. One of our biggest focuses has been to provide the best customer service possible. We also strive to achieve high quality in every item whether the job is a quantity of 1 or 5000.
