Underappreciated, disrespected, unloved employees, are being set up to give a poor customer experience.

Remember the experiment with the hateful words being spoken over the flowers? 🌱

The ones that got hate- withered & died, while the ones that got love-bloomed & grew. 🌺

The same happens with your employees 👀

Your employees are the living representation of your business.

So set them up for success by pouring into them love, appreciation, clear feedback, & respect.

When you get treated nice & with love you’ll be nice & give love.

It started with a “where should we eat?” 🤔🥱

If your families anything like mine, then you’re also looking for an “Experience” type of dining.

Sure the food being good is important.
But for us, it’s all about the experience, the ambient, the memory. ✨

🧠 FACT: People are more likely to remember the way something made them FEEL.

You could serve the best food we’ve had all week, but if the experience we got from the environment was boring, unattractive, cheap- we simply won’t be back.

When I’m choosing to go out to eat, I’m looking for good food I wouldn’t usually make at home, in a place that looks BETTER than my home! 🗣

I’m not just paying for food, I’m paying for the experience. That includes:
-Customer service
-Cuteness (Decor)
-Presentation
-Quality of food

Looking through restaurant pages, menus, skimming reviews, zooming in on pics, reading owners' replies to reviews; this would all help me make the best decision.

I always managed to impress my fam because I could easily identify which businesses looked like they cared, could give us a unique experience, and would make me the hero for finding them.

How you show up on social media is crucial to your business's longevity. ⚠️

😵Don’t let your social media resemble a bad driver's license pic... Inaccurate & unattractive. 😐

You need to:

✅Optimize your social media
✅Claim that Yelp page(for God's sake plz)
✅Upload good lighting pictures
✅Be present online
✅Deliver a unique experience

➡️Next, make sure you’ve spent months doing market research gathering data, info, insights & real people's opinions. 📈

Market research is your best friend for creating a winning product‼️

🙅🏻‍♀️Do not just solely* trust your gut or what YOU would want.

➡️Research intensely ingredients, scents, flavors, all the benefits, what’s popular, what’s harmful, ALL THE THINGS 👏🏼

Know your stuff and create something one-of-a-kind. 🤗

➡️Identify and study competitors. What are they doing great & what could you do better?

➡️Design a beautiful, attractive to your market and convenient product.

Remember people will buy almost anything if it’s in nice packaging. 🛍

All it took was one girl in middle school to point out that my black eyebrows didn’t match my light hair, for it to become an instant insecurity. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Had me like, WAIT a minute.. why DON’T I match?😯

Was this like a mix-matched socks scenario by God when he made me? 🤔

Yet I couldn’t help but stare at my dark eyebrows everytime I opened up my zebra print mirror from Claire’s. ( for those $3 deals at the checkout table)

The thought of going back to work, after maternity leave, and leaving behind that cute little face, was something I couldn’t fathom.

I didn’t hate my job. But having Jaden revealed my passion just wasn’t there anymore.
