First thing you need to do is get your listing optimized so that it can stand out above the rest. We need to use specific keywords for your listings area and then using those keywords we need to send traffic to the listing to increase daily views. This will get your listing to rank higher and will increase bookings.

Airbnb changed their algorithm! 😨 Are you not getting booked as often as you used to be? Yup...

You can do one of four things (or all 4 for best results) to get your bookings up ~
Search Engine Optimization (It's okay if you don't know what this is. I'm here to help with that 😊)

✅Guest Experiences
✅Create a bubble tag on your images with keywords that will target guests already looking for your type of listing
✅Compare the most successful Airbnb in your listing's area and adjust accordingly to stay competitive

In addition, if you are expecting to just have Airbnb market for you then your going to see a steady decline in your short term rental business. The market is extremely saturated and if you aren't doing anything different than other hosts you are not going to stand out 📉

Here are a few things that you can do to increase your profits;

✅Hire 1 co-host that takes care of everything including the cleaning company for turnovers (this helps cut costs and helps automate your airbnb business) or if your more hands on and don't need a hosts then try to find a one-stop-shop company to take care of most of your listing's necessities. ( Escobar Perez does an amazing job and has tons of experiences in the Houston, Texas market when it comes to cleaning and co-hosting)

⚠I repeat: SEO! You may not know how or what it is but your competition is doing it and I guarantee that they are a lot more booked then you are.
Automate your business as much as possible so that you can focus on acquiring more listings to put on Airbnb, VRBO, etc.

✅Create a stand alone bookings website for your listings (Many hosts that are worried about insurance. State Farm is inexpensive and great for this)

✅Re-target previous guests for repeat business

✅Rinse and Repeat
