This summer, I had the chance to share my journey as a freelance graphic designer with the Prince of Peace Catholic Community Communication Ministry. They’re offering a summer internship program for up to 20 students, and I thought it was the perfect time since I recently left my job as communications coordinator at St. Laurence Catholic Church after eight years. Plus, next year marks the 30th anniversary of my professional creative journey, having held different roles like Art Director, Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and Communications Coordinator. This opportunity allowed me to reflect on my portfolio of work, on my personal story, both the good and the bad. I shared my thoughts on how work and faith are connected, and how to build a successful career. 🤩
