We remember Houston artist Wendy Wagner, who was a multimedia artist working in drawing, sculpture, painting, animation and more. Wagner fought brain cancer for two years and passed away in September.

Grassroots Silent Auction and Raffle
FUNFACE™ one of my limited edition animated stills, will be at GRASSROOTS Silent Auction from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on August 15, 2014 at the Little Dipper Lounge. Proceeds from this event benefit GRASSROOTS, a non-profit organization working to build stronger connections between art teachers and their students and local artists through collaborative projects.

Auction proceeds fund ArtWorks! and professional development workshops for art educators. ArtWorks! Is a unique program that facilitates artists and art teachers to work together to plan and implement art curriculum relevant to students and teacher needs.
