1. Refresh your Google Business Profile photos (the ones from 2022 are costing you leads).
2. Pull your Q1 lead sources — where did your customers actually come from?
3. Update your email footer promo. If it's been the same for 6 months, refresh it.
4. Read your top 3 Google reviews. Reply to anything without a response.
5. Refresh your homepage hero — does it say who you help, or just what you do?
