Today, Dr. Joe Dispenza said, "In the Age of Information, Ignorance is a choice."

That resonated with me. I find myself wanting to learn more and more every day.

I remember when I was a kid I used to live in the library. I love to read and learn. It was challenging for me but I still liked it. Now, with the internet, it is so easy to research and learn stuff.

It saddens me when I meet someone who uses all their time in a non-educational manner to be polite. I mean at least once a day for 30 to 45 minutes we should be feeding our minds - good stuff.

It is crucial for growth and the elimination of ignorance.

I see too much television as junk food for the brain. We need to provide a great balanced nutritional professional development for a healthy brain to eliminate the negative thoughts that separate us all.
