Because of the demand on the schedule, and the growing number of special concessions, as well as the amount of the following issues,

No key at address
Wrong addresses
No keybox, supra, or gate codes

Our fees in our terms of service will be enforced. We are extremely sorry to have to do this, but in order to effectively complete this work, this must be done. There have been far too many issues relating to the above, that it is becoming too costly not to have to tighten.

Please use the order form and provide all information, especially for specific angles/shots of the property. We need to have this information, or problems arise.

Note to all customers. All available appointment op eings for the week from 5/19 - 5/23 mave veen filled. The next scheduled opening is on Memorial Day.

Well, it’s that time again! Normally I do this before the year end but because of impending economic policy changes I delay until I get a better picture. I LOOKS like we can keep most of our prices the same for now. I was hopeful my to be able to lower a little, but the outgoing administration seems to be trying to burn down the house on the way out.

Just a notice to all. Due to sustained high fuel prices, we have to charge for mileage on certain jobs that are over 50 miles each way from home base. We will only be charging for the mileage over the 50 mile mark.

For example, if the job is 65 miles each way, we will only be charging for 15 miles each way.

We apologize for this. We did not want to have to do this but, this apparently is our new economy.

If the situation gets corrected, we will lift these fees.
