UPDATE!!
It won’t be much longer before Texas legalizes ma*****na for medical AND recreational use.

Last year, Texas issued three permits for the cultivation of a specific strain to combat epilepsy. This was both a medical and a political experiment, and I had the opportunity to meet an owner of the Gunter, TX operation who was granted one of these Golden Tickets. The application process was lengthy, cost $100K to even apply, and law enforcement inspections occur nearly every day. This won’t continue much longer, though.

When the Texas legislature folds to increasing voter pressure to legalize ma*****na, the state will be ripe for ma*****na cultivating businesses for several reasons. We have vast amounts of relatively inexpensive, low elevation farmable land. We have no water supply shortages. We generate our own electricity and are even on our own electrical grid. We have an abundant supply of labor. We have moderate costs of living for those laborers. And we have a lot of w**d smokers in Texas judging by the head shops on every corner.

The Texas Green Rush in less than 5 years away, mark my words. Big Pharma is powerless to stop it, too.
