𝟏) 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐒! The Most Sales Go to First Converters. The highest sales from Internet Leads will always go to the FIRST dealership to convert the Internet Leads to actual conversations. You are COMPETING. So, to win: ASAP text, call, email the lead—and repeat. And follow-up. And repeat. And one more time.

𝟐) 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬. Appointments mean they are more COMMITTED to BUY. Appointed customers have often taken off from work or are using a day off to meet you—regardless, setting a time means they want to leave with a vehicle. Today. MEET THAT NEED.

𝟑) 𝐁𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲. The only fact you actually know about an Internet lead is that you received one. The phone number, email address, and even the vehicle of interest might be wrong. All you know for a fact is that you got a lead, so work it via text, calls, and email until you have done your best to reach the customer today. And then . . . do it all again.
