Big things are taking shape at Eagle Eye Design Group.

I’ve been collaborating with Devin Finch on some new ideas, and today we’re filming content for one of the first things we’re bringing to life together: an in-person personal branding workshop on September 26.

We’re building it for people who know they’re ready for what’s next, but need their brand, story, and presence to catch up.

I just published my first Substack: Ctrl + Alt + Rebuild.

It’s about work, creativity, AI, reinvention, and what it actually looks like to build something new while the world around you is changing just as quickly.

For those of you who have followed me since Alexis Miasel Design & Marketing, this feels especially full-circle. That business was an early version of something I didn’t fully know how to name yet. After years of working across enterprise, agencies, major brands, different industries, and increasingly with AI, that idea has evolved into Eagle Eye Design Group.

This first piece is really about that transition. What I’ve learned, what I’m leaving behind, what I’m building now, and why I think this is such an interesting moment to rethink what creative work can be.

If you’ve ever had to rebuild a career, a business, or simply your idea of what comes next, I think you’ll relate.

I didn’t expect to get emotional seeing this live… but here we are. 🥹

My site is officially up, my services are live, and for the first time people can actually book me directly.

So much work, second-guessing, rebuilding and figuring-it-out went into this moment. Eagle Eye Design Group is officially open for business. 💗

Great conversations and new connections in Houston this weekend. As I continue building the next chapter of my creative and communications work, I’m enjoying getting out into the community, meeting new people, and seeing where those conversations lead.

Twenty years. One pattern. 🦅

Today I officially graduated from The Bee Suite’s Builder Showcase — pitching the story of how twenty-plus years as a designer and art director across automotive, hospitality, media, government, and manufacturing were all quietly pointing at the same thing: every client just wanted to communicate more clearly.

The Bee Suite™ gave me the language for it. I’m an Architect — I spot the patterns and connect strategy to ex*****on. And Eagle Eye? What started as a nickname for catching misaligned layouts and design that simply didn’t work turned into a lens for seeing possibilities other people miss.

So this is me, graduated and getting ready to launch Eagle Eye Design Group — consulting and fractional creative leadership, workshops and templates, and an app in the works to make thoughtful design feedback accessible to anyone.

Really enjoyed attending last night’s event and connecting with such thoughtful, forward-thinking professionals.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned throughout my career is that growth often comes from putting yourself in the right rooms, listening closely, sharing perspectives, and staying open to reinvention.

Feeling energized by the conversations around leadership, creativity, strategy, and where business is headed next. Looking forward to what’s ahead.
