We never thought 2025 would go this way. But at BOTM, being Creatively Disruptive means we embrace change and innovation with a spirit of playful curiosity.

From the unexpected to the thrill of getting the call to work with Walmart, this year we sat down, planned and went ahead to build a campaign around what we do best, changing the way we tell stories around the small momentitos of life.

This year, we also got outside and worked with our community. We launched a city-wide citizenship campaign to promote naturalization and even gathered over 500 Latinas at the GRB to connect, learn, and grow. And so much more working with clients of all sizes to drive their message home whether via traditional marketing communication efforts or through grassroots community outreach. It was a year of so many community collaborations.

It was a challenge with ups and downs, but it proved one thing: We are definitely Rooted in Stories

* Create and launch a city-wide citizenship campaign to promote naturalization.
* Host over 400+ Latinas taking over the GRB to connect and grow.
* And so much more working with clients of all sizes to drive their message home whether via traditional marketing communication efforts or through grassroots community outreach. It was a year of so many community collaborations.

It wasn’t easy. There were ups and downs. But it proved one thing: We are Rooted in Stories.
