SHOP WILL BE CLOSED FOR TWO WEEKS…

I leave Sunday morning for vacation, and my shop will be closed from Sunday, September 20 through Friday, October 2.

If you need any lumber, I’d encourage you to visit me before end of business on Saturday. Also, I have “DEALS OF THE DAY” up right now, and those deals end on Saturday.

I’ll have limited availability on Saturday, as I have to pick up our rental in Conroe that morning. So, if you can come out before Saturday, please do so, as I’ll be swamped on Saturday.

I hope to see y’all soon. Send me a DM to set up your next visit.

DEAL OF THE DAY: 610BF 5/4 R/S RUSTIC BLACK WALNUT: $1,400 + tax

Here’s a 610BF bundle of 5/4 R/S Rustic Black Walnut that’s on a FIRE SALE for ONLY $1,400 + tax. (That’s only $2.30/BF)

Retail price for this material in my shop is $5.75/BF. Now’s your chance to get it 60% OFF RETAIL!

Boards are, for the most part, 8-10’ long. A few shorter pieces are mixed in. Widths are random, and the boards have not been milled, so they are still rough sawn and sit at 1-3/8” thick. They’re kiln dried, of course.

Priced to sell fast, and you must buy the whole unit to get this price. The bundle will weigh approximately 2,100 pounds, so please have a heavy duty pick up truck and/or a trailer. Or take multiple trips. Boards reach up to 10’ in length, so please come prepared.

No holds without payment.

Pick up in Spring, TX. Send me a DM to arrange a time to come pick up.

DEAL OF THE DAY: 600BF 4/4 WHITE OAK CUT-OFF’S PALLET: $1,050 + tax

I have a 600BF pallet of R/S 4/4 White Oak cut-off’s, all high grade and kiln dried, and I’m selling it for ONLY $1,050 + tax. (That’s $1.75/BF when you break it down.)

The stuff retails for $4.65/BF in my shop, but now you can get the whole pallet for 60% OFF RETAIL!

Dimensions vary from one piece to the next, but this whole pallet is all 4/4 (1-1/8” thick rough sawn). The longest pieces will reach up to 45” long, but the “average” piece will be 17-23” long. Widths are random, and the “average” cut-off is 5-6” wide. Many are much wider.

The White Oak logs are typically flat sawn, but I typically yield about 20-35% Quarter Sawn figure in these pieces as well. Not saying that’s how this pallet is - after all, it is sealed, so I don’t know - but I’m just telling you my experience. And I deal with these a lot.

This unit is priced to sell fast. Yes, it’s a LOT of White Oak, but if you’re looking to prep for the Christmas rush, trust me when I saw, this could be a HUGE money saver for you this time of year. Buy in bulk and SAVE BIG!

The whole pallet is 600BF, and it’s yours for ONLY $1,050 + tax.

Priced to sell fast. No holds without payment.

Pick up in Spring, TX. Send me a DM for my shop address and to arrange a time for pick up.

PS - This will fill the entire back of even a large pick up truck and weight about 2,400 pounds. Please come prepared.

DEAL OF THE DAY - 75BF 4/4 RUSTIC BLACK WALNUT: $200 + tax

I have 75-80BF left of the 4/4 Rustic Black Walnut, and I’m selling it for ONLY $200 + tax.

Boards are 4-6’ long. These boards aren’t perfect, but if you do smaller projects and/or work with epoxy, this would be PERFECT for you! And at $2.50/BF, you just can’t beat that.

Of course, you must take it all to get this price, but it honestly won’t take up a ton of space. And with the longest boards being 6’ you can easily fit them in any vehicle.

No holds without full payment. Priced to sell fast.

Pick up in Spring. Send me a DM for my shop address and a time to pick up.

RECLAIMED 1x4x8 ANTIQUE HEART PINE - 500SF for $1,000

I have a bundle of reclaimed Antique Heart Pine lumber, and it makes somewhere between 500-600SF, but I’m marking it as 500SF. And I’m selling it for $1,000.

I have cleaned up and dressed some of the pieces (at the top of the bundle) so you can see how nice it looks if you choose to do the same. Otherwise, the lumber has a beautiful, natural weathered and old age look.

FCFS. Pick up in Spring, TX.

WHOLESALE ORDER OF SAPELE ~ 40% OFF RETAIL!!!

If anyone would be interested in ordering purchasing a bundle of Sapele for wholesale, send me a message. I’ll take 40% off the retail price for whichever thickness(es) you order.

I have Sapele in 4/4, 6/4 and 8/4 right now. Just look at how nice it looks rough sawn, and see how beautifully it cleans up when milled S2S. And the photos don’t even do this species the true justice it deserves!

If you love Sapele and would like to order in bulk, let me know.
