Credit 101

For all of the (DIY) Do it Yourself credit fixers that refuse to allow a professional to fix your credit because you think you can fix it yourself; before you start paying stuff off, Make sure ⬅️ that you get something in writing stating that these items will be removed from your credit. If you pay them off first, there is a possibility that these negative items will still be on your credit report especially if you did NOT receive anything in writing stating they will be removed.

📣And I highly recommend you speak with a lender first before you pay off collections to see if they need to be paid off before you buy!

♦️♦️♦️I highly recommend credit repair to all my clients, potential clients, and future clients.

YOUR CREDIT SCORE is a 🔑 factor in the home-buying process.

You don’t want to be denied Pre-Approval because your credit score is low. It does not matter if you have a good job and make a lot of money, and have a down payment to purchase.
