Every SMM I have ever seen offers the same cookie cutter, 1 size fits all packages.

I do not do that.

Here is why: your business is not a package. Your competitors are different from the business down the street. Your customers have a specific reason they choose you over everyone else. A cookie-cutter plan does not know any of that.

When I take on a client, I start by learning their business from the inside out. What makes them different. Who their competitors are. What their customers actually care about. Then I build a strategy around that.

No two clients get the same plan because no two businesses are the same.

Every single thing I do for my clients runs through this machine. It is not optional.
3. Invoice Simple - $25 per month
I send clean, professional invoices in under two minutes. Getting paid should never be complicated.
4. Canva - $25 per month
Graphics, presentations, content mockups. I am in here every week without fail.
5. Blinq - FreeFittyFree
I never show up to a client meeting or a networking event without a digital business card ready. When I am fresh out of physical cards, Blinq saves the day every time.

Week 10 on Tirzepatide and here is what nobody tells you when you have Hashimoto's.

My thyroid does not play by the normal rules. So when everyone else is posting their dramatic before and afters, I am over here managing inflammation, tracking energy levels, and figuring out what my body actually needs.

This week: my energy tanked by Wednesday, me weight stayed the same, but my inflammation didn't kick my butt in the morning so that's a BIG win!

Everyone is using AI to create content right now and guess what? People can tell.

62% of consumers are less likely to engage with content they know was made by AI. Not surprising . Just like how being ghosted in a dating app doesn't surprise me, but that's a story for another day.... lol

Because what actually stops the scroll is this: a real moment, a real person, a real story.

My toddlers nighttime routine and PJ duty. My laptop open. Another week of content being planned by an actual human who cares about getting it right.

The businesses that grow on social are the ones that respond to comments, ask questions, show up in their community, and make people feel like they actually know them.

Nobody talks about what Hashimotos actually does to your energy.

It's not just tired. It's a specific kind of tired where your body feels like it's running on 20% and your brain is trying to operate at 100%. You look fine. You're not fine.

I manage mine without medication. That's a choice I made after 15 years in the medical field and a lot of research into my own body.

One thing I've added to my routine recently is KPV it's a tripeptide with anti-inflammatory properties that works by dialing down the inflammatory signaling pathways that are already going haywire with autoimmune conditions. For me, the appeal was gut and immune support, because Hashimotos isn't just a thyroid problem. It's a full-body inflammation problem.

Is it a cure? No. Is the research still mostly preclinical? Yes, and I'm transparent about that. But I know my body, I know how to read the research, and I felt like it was worth adding thoughtfully.

Some days the routine works. Some days I'm just honest about where I'm at and I do what I can.

Week 5 on tirzepatide. Here's the honest update.

This journey is not linear. Some weeks feel like progress. Some weeks feel like your body is doing whatever it wants regardless of what you're doing.

I have Hashimotos. That adds a layer most people don't talk about. Your thyroid affects everything energy, metabolism, mood, all of it. So even on a day I hit all of my supplements, every rep at the gym, awwwl of my water, and sleep great…. The next morning my body still feels like it failed me, not as bad as it was before but I can definitely still feel it in my bones 🦴

I spent 15 years in the medical field and I still had to figure out a lot of this on my own. If my real updates help even one person feel less alone in their health journey that's worth it.

More next week as we add KPV 🤓
