opens May 11 in Houston’s Energy Corridor, a modern clubhouse shaped by legacy where every detail tells a story. Rooted in Mac Haik’s history from helping shape the Energy Corridor to building a business grounded in service, the space reflects a life’s work translated into design, hospitality and experience.

From the moment you enter, the narrative unfolds. A striking Astrodome replica anchors the entrance, while nearby black-and-white photographs freeze a defining moment in time, Mac Haik catching the first touchdown pass for the Houston Oilers. Together they connect Houston’s shared history with a personal legacy.

At the helm of the kitchen is executive chef and director of culinary Stephen Chiang, whose experience spans Per Se, The NoMad and Del Posto in New York along with Houston icons UB Preserv, The Petroleum Club and The Blind Goat. His menu reflects that range, blending refined technique with modern American dining that is layered and intentional.

Thoughtful details continue throughout, from table side Chateaubriand and caviar service to the “Oiler 86,” Kirkwood’s take on the French 75. Each touchpoint reflects craftsmanship, hospitality and story.
