Why I can't go to Chick-fil-A. It started as a simple oversight. I ordered a meal delivered and something was missing from the order. So what, it happens, who cares. But that's the catalyst, not the issue. The deliver was arranged through Grubhub, who was equally complicit in the frustrating experience.
When I tried to contact Chick-fil-A, the website says I am only allowed to provide feedback through Grubhub and gave me no avenue to proceed.
I went to Grubhub, who had no record of an order for me, so they also refused to accept any comment or feedback. Even with an order number, sorry - you can't talk to us.
Okay - all involved parties are pointing the finger. So I went to Chick-fil-a's website feedback and let them know the process was annoying and guess what - no response from that either.
So -- my only recourse to get my brownie would be to contact the store - which is an easy no brainer. But my upset here is that they refuse to accept any contact or feedback from customers for any complaints.
Now, instead of giving them my money, I'm just going to give them this post - let's call it a tip - and let's see if Chick-fil-A will respond to this or if I'm going to become Popeyes best customer instead.
I don't care about the brownie - I do care about companies who won't take care of their customer's concerns.
There are probably 3-5 technological issues that led to this breakdown. So this is the only way I know to reach them at this point.
