A quick internet search on their phone or computer for “local coffee shop” or “local hardware store” or even “youth activities/local community organizations” may be the only way they even know you exist! Having all your information, services, and even product information made available at their fingertips, gives you a higher probability to make it in this already struggling economy. It is also important to make your website mobile device friendly,otherwise navigating on your website may prove as being too difficult and thus the mobile user will probably leave your website without getting the information they wanted and the business that you need.
