CANCELLATIONS
Any design projects can be cancelled at the discretion of the client, in writing. If after project commencement client communication (face-to-face, telephone, or email) stops for a period of 180 days, the project may be terminated, in writing by the designer, and ownership of all copyrights shall be retained by Davion Mathews the Graphic Designer . A cancellation fee for work completed shall be paid by the client, with the fee based on the stage of project completion. All deposits are non-refundable; NO EXCEPTIONS. All Payments are do in FULL at the start of all projects, and all balances must be paid in full prior to completion of any and all digital work. RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
All reproduction rights on the copyrighted work are retained by Davion Mathews the Graphic Designer . The work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from Davion Mathews the Graphic Designer. Davion Mathews the Graphic Designer do not release raw files/PSD files. Graphics will be delivered in the form of png, jpegs, PDF, and for websites HTML only files. Policy for WEBSITE Creations;
All website creations must be paid in full before the site can go LIVE. In the event of a balance, the payment must be made for the website to remain and stay active on the web, otherwise the current project will be replace with a place holder until all balances are made current. Website Transfers'
If you purchased a domain with us, you may transfer it at anytime by submitting a request by your new hosting company. After your transfer goes into affect all work created by Davion Mathews the Graphic Designer will be lost and will not be able to be recovered due to the switch of servers and proxy protocols. After the switch is complete you will no longer be able to access Davion Mathews the Graphic Designer CMS client portal. Please be advised we will not be responsible for any work lost due to your hosting provider switch.
