With 2️⃣ seated and 1️⃣ standing, we have a little something to offer for everyone. Each video is roughly 10-12 minutes long, and pre-recorded so that you have the freedom to:
➡️ Repeat multiple times like a circuit
➡️ Exercise morning, afternoon, or evening
➡️ Squeeze a good lil workout in between other things
➡️ Come back to it as regularly as you’d like
