Michelle has been teaching TTAF classes since 2023! She retired from teaching French and now helps out with her grandchildren and teaches fitness! She sought out TTAF because she feels it’s “crucial to keep moving especially as we age. Mobility keeps us healthy in our bodies and in our minds.” We love having her on the team!

This weekend we hosted our first ever certification training!! 🤩

We’ve trained instructors before but this was different…

We weren’t just training someone local to teach classes in locations we know and are familiar with.

We were teaching attendees the TTAF approach and how to build their own clientele, expanding into territories we don’t have the capacity to reach on our own! 🗺️

We wanted this to be intentional, and to carry the same authenticity and care that our local community receives.

At times preparation was nerve wrecking. 😳
Overall, the experience was deeply fulfilling. ✨

Learning goes both ways ➡️ We’re already reflecting on how to improve for our next training, while also sitting back and acknowledging the progress we’ve built thus far.

Thanks to for the perfect space, and to our TTAF team for showing up to help lead the next level of TTAF growth!!

With 2️⃣ seated and 1️⃣ standing, we have a little something to offer for everyone. Each video is roughly 10-12 minutes long, and pre-recorded so that you have the freedom to:

➡️ Repeat multiple times like a circuit

➡️ Exercise morning, afternoon, or evening

➡️ Squeeze a good lil workout in between other things

➡️ Come back to it as regularly as you’d like

While her friend made her come the first time, she’s been loving coming to class ever since! Her favorite song: Hit Me With Your Best Shot by Pat Benatar. Perhaps that inspired her power move stance. 🤔
