Bittersweet day...sold what was my first commercial renovation project. The historic Lockerbie Square structure built in 1869 served well for 10 years as showroom to Schultz Marketing Group. She will serve the new owners equally well for many years to come.
Stay tuned for our next restoration - this time an authentic period style residence on Indy’s Northside.

Purposeful Design is a woodworking and job-readiness program. It is receiving a $25,000 Faith & Action Project grant to expand and grow the organization that works to help men emerging from addiction or homelessness.
