I’ll take accountability for letting it get this far, but unfortunately, things have to change.

Due to multiple people placing orders, asking me to create products, and then not paying or following through, payment will now be required IN FULL before I start any work. This applies to custom designs, shirts, prints, products, and any other orders.

I’ve always tried to be understanding and work with everyone as much as possible, but unfortunately, that kindness has been taken advantage of too many times. Every order takes time, materials, supplies, and work, and I simply cannot continue losing money on items that were specifically requested.

Please understand this isn’t directed at anyone personally. It’s a business decision I have to make to protect my time, my work, and my small business.

Going forward:

NO PAYMENT = NO WORK STARTED.
