There’s one profession that requires you to set and hold higher standards for yourself than any other line of work --
Sales.
Because if you’re an effective (and ethical) salesperson... ..then your sole purpose is to influence others to show up as their highest self and CHALLENGE them to make decisions from the standards of the person they aspire to be.
But if you can’t set and live up to your own highest standards…..then GOOD LUCK trying to influence someone to live up to theirs.
Gotta lead by example 💪
