📺 Q1 2026 reshaped the ad-supported streaming viewership leaderboard.
New leaders emerged, tentpole content drove short-term spikes, and the middle of the pack felt the squeeze.
🥇 With ~50% of subscribers now on its ad tier, Netflix is now the #1 app for ad-supported viewing.
We also updated our ad-supported pe*******on inputs this quarter to better reflect current ad-tier adoption, reweighting share across the ecosystem and driving some of the shifts you’ll see.
⛷️ Peacock TV saw a February spike driven by Winter Olympics coverage, which normalized in March.
Under this updated lens, performance concentrates more clearly at the top, while mid-tier platforms move within a tighter band month to month.
