We spent 3 days this week with the wonderful people at the Tioga County Historical Society scanning a few items from their collection. For this process we use a custom lighting setup and motorized turntable/camera mount to capture hundreds of ultra-high resolution images in an orbit around an object from several different heights. The image data gathered will now be used to create 3D models of the items scanned. Come back soon for to see how they turn out!
