MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of FAITH is to serve the needs of Individuals of any age dealing with catastrophic, under privileged and destitute for advocating resources for health care or situations which prevent them from functioning in today’s society. Catastrophic situations are defined as death of a spouse or partner of an immediate family member, major illness and/or an accident that prevents the applicant or immediate family member(s) from working and contributing to the household finances, needs, and resources.
