I’m just gonna say it 👀

Small business owners are not big teams.
It’s usually *one person* doing *everything*, and doing their best to keep it all moving. 🫨

So when something goes wrong?
Yeah, it matters. Your experience matters.

But sometimes it’s not carelessness.
➡️ It’s CAPACITY. ⬅️

Before going straight to leaving a bad Google review, try going direct first. Reach out. Say something. Give them the chance to fix it or even just understand what happened.

Because one bad review—especially one that comes out of nowhere—can have lasting effects on a small business’s reputation, visibility, and income.

Trust me; we’ve seen it. 😞

And if the issue isn’t resolved after you tried?
Leave the review. Just keep it honest, fair, and constructive. 🙏

Because supporting small businesses also looks like communicating with them.

Such an incredible experience being part of the AnuBrew launch ☕🤖

From the moment you walked in, you could feel it. Every detail was intentional, every touchpoint thoughtfully designed, and the energy in the room was just different. Getting to watch people interact with the brand in real time, see the robotic barista in action, and actually experience everything we helped build…that’s the kind of full-circle moment we live for.

We had the opportunity to build from the ground up, and seeing it fully come to life at this event was something special.

Our scope included:
• Full logo suite + brand identity
• Typography system + brand voice
• Full internal branding guide
• Product packaging design
• Marketing collateral + event materials (business cards, letterheads, slideshow decks, social templates, etc.)
• Event launch content collection + creation

Most businesses start with one logo. And honestly, that’s a great place to begin.

But as your brand grows, one version usually isn’t enough. 🤷‍♀️

Your branding should be flexible enough to show up clearly across your website, social media, and marketing materials. That’s where multiple logo variations come in!✨

If your logo feels hard to use in certain spaces, or you find yourself constantly adjusting it… you might be ready for an upgrade.

This month marked a major milestone for us: closing out our first-ever event marketing design contract and getting to celebrate it in person.

We were honored to support F&R Professional Cleaning Inc as they celebrated 20 years of excellence, leadership, and community impact. A huge shout-out to Renee, whose vision, heart, and trust made this entire experience truly special. 💚

Here’s what we had the privilege of designing and producing for this milestone event:
• Special-edition anniversary logo design (applied across swag, guest gifts, marketing materials, and website assets)
• Commemorative, multi-use company timeline graphic
• Virtual invitation design, production, and ex*****on
• Interactive slideshow presentation for the event
• Honorary guest gift designs & production coordination
• Custom photobooth backdrop design

From generous shout-outs and thoughtful gifts to meaningful conversations and new friendships, this event was a powerful reminder of how strong Jacksonville’s small business community really is.

A REAL review from a REALLY awesome new client who found us on Google! 🌟

Nina came to us with only a physical copy of her original brochure, but no digital files. We rebuilt it from scratch, added her new branding, updated her offerings, and made sure everything aligned with her business plan and brand.

And in just a couple of weeks later, she had her freshly updated brochure in hand! 👏
