A year feels like forever until you watch it vanish into planning docs and saved Pinterest boards with no date on the calendar.

I took Our Sunday Best from a small girls dinner to over a thousand RSVPs a month, and the moves that mattered were the least exciting ones.

Lock one repeating date people can build their month around, price your ticket in three tiers, land one sponsor who wants your exact room, and build a follow up that goes out before every event. When the room gets tight, put the first checks toward a bigger venue.

That thousand RSVP month came from one repeatable system, and I'll hand you the exact one.

Comment SPRINT and it's yours.

It all runs on one room, one date, the second Sunday of every month. That's the engine behind the whole business.

I'm not reinventing anything. The venue and vendors change, the format and the system stay the same, and they pay me every time.

A repeatable event adds up in a way a one off never will. The audience grows, the sponsors come back on their own, and it gets easier every month.

This is what getting paid for the thing you've done for free your whole life looks like.

I was the friend who planned everything for everybody. I gave it a date, a price, and a plan, and ran it on repeat until it became my income.

If you're the natural host people already trust to put a good room together and you're ready to make it your income, comment AUDIT and I'll send my free event readiness scorecard to get you started.

I started out asking for sponsors in person. Walking into businesses, asking for the manager, pitching on the spot.

Was it nerve-wracking? For sure. Did it work? Sometimes. And it taught me a lot about talking to brands face to face.

But once I moved my outreach online, everything sped up. I could reach way more brands in a week than I ever could walking door to door.

What didn’t change: relationships come first. Online or in person, brands say yes to people they trust.

If you’re brand new, in person is still a great place to start. Hit the local spots you already love + already spend money at. Then when you’re ready to scale, take it online.

My Sponsor Outreach System walks you through the online side step by step: who to pitch, what to say + how to follow up without losing the personal touch.

Paying for your own event out of pocket isn't the cost of doing business, Bestie.

Brands pay to get in front of the people already in your room. They just haven't heard of your event because nobody's pitching it.

SOS (Sponsor Outreach System) is the system I use to pitch sponsors. 8 steps, installed in order, so you're not guessing what comes next.

What it is: my templates + tracker for pitching sponsors on a weekly rhythm.
What it isn't: done-for-you outreach or a guarantee a brand says yes. You still hit send.

Founding presale is open now. Doors open Nov 6.

Comment SOS + I'll send you a look inside.

Used to = sending a couple DMs, hearing crickets, and paying for the whole event yourself again.

Now = a list of brands that actually fit your audience, a short pitch that gets opened, follow-ups that go out on their own, and sponsor convos on your calendar.

What changed wasn’t luck or knowing the right people. It was a system you run every week, about 50 pitches a week, until brands start saying yes.

That’s what my Sponsor Outreach System sets up for you, step by step.

Getting sponsors isn’t about knowing the right people, Bestie. It’s about pitching enough brands, the right way, every single week.

Most event hosts send 5 DMs, hear nothing back, and decide sponsors “aren’t for them.” Meanwhile they’re paying for the whole event out of pocket.

My Sponsor Outreach System walks you through it step by step: who to pitch, what to say, how to follow up, and how to keep 50 pitches a week going without spending your whole life in your inbox.

Some days behind the scenes, I’m figuring something out while everyone’s looking to me to have it handled.

Earlier this week, a friend who hosts amazing golf events in Jax posted their event team line up. Eight slides of people bringing that event to life.

EIGHT.

It floored me because it made me realize just how much I’ve been carrying alone.

For over two years, I’ve been a team of one behind the scenes. I bring in hourly help on event days, but every single day between events? Every detail, every decision, every moving piece?

Like Kendrick said, “nigga, it’s just big me”

My guests never see most of what goes into an event, and that’s the point.

Making it look effortless is a skill.

And I’ve dedicated myself to getting really damn good at it. So when you show up, you don’t have to think about a thing. You just get to have a good time.

So yeah, shout out to me. I’m incredible at what I do.

I do this for me, but more importantly, I do it for you 🫵🏽

If you wiped my whole brand tomorrow and gave me ninety days, I wouldn't panic. I'd run the same playbook that worked the first time.

Month one, I'd host one small free gathering, twenty friends, to prove I can fill a room and grab everyone's info with a QR flyer at the door.

Month two, I'd run it again, ticketed at $25, with one local sponsor and food good enough that people stay longer than they planned.

Month three, I'd lock one recurring date, the same second Sunday every month, and post recaps that sell the next one for me.

No viral moment. One room, one date, and the nerve to run it again before the energy fades.

By day ninety you've got a paying room that shows up for you every month, and that keeps paying long after a viral post is forgotten.

People think a sold out monthly event means I'm working around the clock. I'm not.

Number one, I price tickets in three phases, where early birds get the lowest price for booking first.

Number two, I post recaps once or twice a week for a month after, and the next event sells while I sleep.

Number three, I put QR flyers in cafes and gyms, and new people find us without me chasing them.

None of it is flashy. It's repeatable, and repeatable is how I run a thousand person event on three hours a day as a single mom.

I've run over a hundred events across more than ten industries. I'll tell you what works and what wastes your time.
