Every time you choose a local business, you are choosing a real person with a real story. You are choosing someone who wakes up every morning and bets on themselves so they can serve the community they love. In the Jamestown area, that person is Jessica and her story is one worth knowing.

Jessica earned every single thing she knows. Nearly 16 years in the auto body industry, 7 years as a certified body technician, mastering the craft of detailing through local body shops, a welding certification, and a license as a NYS collision adjuster. She put in the work, year after year, until she became one of the best at it.

But it was not a career milestone that pushed her to take the leap and open her own business. It was her daughter. Between her little girl’s health needs and the desire to always be there no matter what, Jessica knew she needed something that gave her the freedom to show up as both a professional and a mother. So she built it herself.

Three and a half years ago, Jessica opened the doors of Sip N’ Suds in Busti, NY and has not looked back since.

Her idol is Rosie the Riveter, and it is easy to see why. Empowering, confident, and an extremely hard worker. Look at Jessica standing in front of her shop and tell me you do not see exactly that!

The Celoron Veterans Memorial stands as a reminder of the courage and sacrifice of those who served our great nation.

Small towns like Celoron have always been the backbone of American military service. Generation after generation, answering the call without hesitation.

They were neighbors, fathers, sons, and daughters who gave everything so we could have it all. Today we stop, we look, and we remember. That’s the least we can do. 🇺🇸

Tom Alessi was born in Sicily in 1977 and came to Jamestown with his family when he was two years old. His father Sal Alessi and mother Theresa Alessi built their life here from nothing and this city became home.

Sal didn’t just raise a family here. He helped build this area up through his own work over the years. The kind of guy people in the community know by name because his work is literally part of the landscape around them. Now Sal is retired but the legacy he built didn’t stop with him. His son Tom is carrying it forward.

Sal started teaching Tom the trades when he was just a teenager. Concrete, equipment, the whole thing. By the time Tom was 18 he was in construction full time and spent the next 30 years mastering his trade. Not just good. The kind of good where people start talking.

That is exactly what happened. While he was working for other people word was spreading and people started calling him personally to handle their jobs on the side. It kept happening until Tom realized he wasn’t really working for anyone else anymore in his heart. He was already doing his own thing. He just needed to make it official.

In 2022 he launched TA Excavating & Concrete. Excavation, concrete, heavy equipment operation, septic systems, demolition. Thirty years of experience behind every single job.

He learned his trade as a kid standing next to his father. Now he is building something of his own in the same community his family chose when they came to this country. That means something.

Update on the client who was worried about slow bookings 👇

Two weeks ago we launched one Facebook ad. $5/day. Nothing fancy.

Two days in: 6 leads at $1.46 each.

13 days in:

→ $110.86 spent
→ 28 qualified leads
→ $3.96 per lead

For context, most businesses pay $50-$80 per lead.

The ad's still running. The leads are still coming in. And the client went from worried about bookings to "I can't believe this is working."
