All Colorists start at 200 Dollars per one page. with room to grow to 400 dollars per one page. they also get a thousand Dollars for every 1000 units/copies sold. they are also inking with a special line art filter in Photoshop, and lettering the books. We also use Daz studio 3D for artwork as well. All hourly employees for our Restaurant/Homeless shelter, printers, green energy solutions depot, and Animal rescue shelter,
(No Kill.) get a "Living Wage" of: 33 dollars an hour. Including All management. there are no raises, but there are bonuses on every thousand units of our various merchandise, based off of our comic's sold, per month of sale.
