1. Feature a weekly series. This can be anything from a "Music Monday" to a poll every Tuesday. Whatever it is, it'll have people coming back to your page to check in and the series will provide some consistency on your feed.

2. Embrace the "30 Minute Rule". Try to interact (liking, commenting) with other accounts for at least 30 minutes a day to improve your own engagement.

3. Lately, the algorithm has been in favor of videos, meaning if you want to increase your social visibility, focus on posting more videos and less photos.
