After 20 years of trial and error—and 5 years of independent research—I’ve released my first product to help women work with their bodies instead of against them.
For years, I struggled mostly in silence with Endometriosis and PCOS.
It took over a decade to get diagnosed… and even then, the information I was given was gloomy, dismissive, and unhelpful.
I suffered.
Crippling pain.
Unexplained weight gain.
Extreme inflammation.
Period flu.
Heavy bleeding.
Chronic fatigue.
I did my best to push through—but I was depleted and burned out.
Every doctor pushed birth control.
Or told me to lose weight.
“Eat less. Move more.”
(as if that hadn’t already occurred to me 🙃)
At one point, I was told:
Have a hysterectomy… or deal with the pain.
I knew there had to be a better way.
So I went looking for answers myself.
Book after book.
Podcast after podcast.
Masterclass after masterclass.
I even became a certified personal trainer along the way.
And eventually, I found the thing that worked better than everything else:
Menstrual Cycle Awareness.
Awareness was the key.
Understanding rising and falling energy.
Learning that women are not “small men.”
Tuning into my body instead of fighting it.
Listening to pain instead of ignoring it.
In 6 months, I dropped 60 lbs of inflammation.
I stopped faking happiness.
I had energy again.
My capacity for life started growing—daily.
No extreme lifestyle overhaul.
Just small, intentional 1% shifts that changed everything.
The road wasn’t easy—and the information was overwhelming.
So I built what I wish I’d had.
Pink Blazer Co exists to help women reconnect with their bodies and stop suffering in silence.
Today, I released my first product:
✨ The What Day Is It? Journal ✨
A simple, supportive journal designed to help you (or a woman you love) orient yourself in your body and begin your journey into menstrual cycle awareness.
You can grab it here: 👉 https://shop.pinkblazer.co/ (Link in the bio!)
This is a small step—but it leads to big change.
Your body isn’t broken.
It’s powerful.
And it deserves to be understood.
