🚨A little Honey Bunny housekeeping 🐰

We've gotten a lot of last-minute and rush requests lately, so this feels like a good moment for a reminder as we head into our busiest season.

Current turnaround for custom orders is 2–3 weeks.

We may be able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee, plus any applicable shipping costs, depending on our production schedule.

Most importantly: an inquiry is not a booking. Rush or not, an order isn't placed and doesn't enter our production queue until the invoice is paid in full.

Turnaround begins from the date payment is received *not the date of your inquiry, mockup request, or quote. We schedule production around our paid order queue, so we're not able to hold a spot (or order materials) based on an inquiry alone.

We completely understand needing something last minute. If our current turnaround or rush option doesn't fit your timeline, no hard feelings at all.

We're so grateful you continue to trust Honey Bunny with your special pieces. Ordering early is always the best way to make sure we have your items ready when you need them.
