25 trips around the sun today…💫

At first I wanted to make a post that had a play on the number 25, maybe a list, something creative that felt like a perfectly tied bow.

Possibly a heart-filled caption that let you in on what I hope this year brings or the thoughts that have been swirling around in my head about James Lynn Creative and where I’m feeling called to take it.

I thought about telling you a story about how one time I was referenced as “blue instagram girl” in college and how remembering that story sparked something new in me.

But all of that felt like too much work, so I opted for a simple post with a real caption.

Like we used to do it before everything got so complicated with canva templates and ai at our fingertips.

Yesterday I saw this quote that said,

“A ship in the harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for”

And it was the full-circle moment I needed before going to sleep last night.

It feels parallel to where I’m at right now.

I don’t know how everything is going to unfold this year, but I do know one thing.

I’m not staying in the harbor anymore 🤍
