Test Engineer (QA & Customer Onboarding Support)
About the Role
TattvaLogic is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA / Test Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing. This role is a blend of quality assurance and customer technical onboarding support for our product Fritado.
You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, stability, and a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., Jira)
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
Validate bug fixes and perform end-to-end testing before deployment
Participate in automation testing initiatives (good to have)
Customer Technical Onboarding Support
Assist customers in product setup, configuration, and onboarding
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure smooth adoption
Document onboarding processes and create knowledge base articles
Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
Experience with manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus)
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, etc.)
Basic understanding of databases (SQL)
Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (important for customer interaction)
Good to Have
Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
Exposure to SaaS products or product-based companies
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Experience in customer-facing technical roles
