I saw my face on a bus. But that wasn't the most meaningful part of the day.

I had the honor of being selected as one of the community leaders featured on Palm Beach County's 2026 Hispanic Heritage Bus, an initiative led by County Commissioner Joel G. Flores in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

The experience went far beyond the unveiling.

We spent the day together, traveling through Palm Beach County and visiting places that represent different dimensions of our community: education at Dr. Joaquín García High School, youth and community development in Greenacres, Hispanic entrepreneurship and professional leadership, and arts and culture at the Benzaiten Center for Creative Arts.

And somewhere along that journey, something became very clear to me.

Heritage is not only about where we came from. It is also about preparing our community for where the world is going.

For nearly three decades, my work has centered on helping people navigate transformational technology. Today, that transformation is artificial intelligence.

And the challenge is no longer simply teaching people how to "use AI."

We need to help professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, and the next generation move from:

Learning → Implementing → Delegating

From simply talking to AI, to putting it to work with purpose.

That is the work I am committed to now.

I'm deeply grateful to Commissioner Joel G. Flores, Palm Beach County, Palm Tran, and everyone involved in this Hispanic Heritage Month initiative for including me among this group of community leaders.

Seeing yourself on the side of a bus is certainly memorable.

Understanding the responsibility behind why you're there means much more.

A great conversation with the Boca Regional Chamber yesterday. One of the most important lessons from How to Talk to AI is also one of the simplest:

AI can only work with what it can see.

During the Masterclass, I used the filmstrip analogy to explain this. We see the entire movie. AI sees the frames available inside its context window.

When important context is missing, AI doesn't automatically know the rest of the story. And that gap between what we intend and what AI understands can dramatically affect the result.

That's why learning to communicate with AI matters.

Better AI results don't begin with a magical prompt. They begin with clearer intention, better context, and better communication.
