All precautions are taken to ensure a virus free environment. Mask, hair net, and gloves are worn and no cross contamination takes place. ( I was previously in the medical field so I am careful).
If any elders need meals that you know.. please message me.. I don't want people to go hungry. ❤️

New Menu: April 19th-24th week.

1) Meatloaf ( lean with veggies cooked in) and
fresh green beans

2) Grilled Chicken breast in mushroom sauté
sauce served with roasted or mashed
sweet potatoes.

3)Pork loin chop with gravy sauce, and fresh
side salad with ranch, balsamic, or honey
mustard dressing.

Also available:

Keto PB cups ( dark chocolate with natural PB) if heart shape. 😁

Hey everyone... just FYI.. I’ve decided to stop doing meal prep for a while. I just haven’t gained the following I need to continue long this for others.
I will continue to cook and meal prep for my family.

Happy Mother’s Day!
Doing meals this week.. Sunday afternoon delivery or Monday..
Meals:
1) Grilled chicken breasts with green beans and rice
2) BBQ bakes chicken with broccoli florets
3) Baked Pesto Salmon with steamed veggies

Orders need to be in by Saturday at noon. Thank you!! Hope everyone has a blessed and wonderful weekend!!

Making meals this week.. delivery Sunday only due to projected bad storms moving in tomorrow..

Meal choices are:

1) Homemade vegetable meatloaf. ( lean beef, packed full of fresh chopped veggies) a family favorite..
Served with a green salad.

2) Philly cheesesteak stuffed Bell pepper. ( Bell pepper baked and stuffed with yummy sliced steak, mushrooms, sautéed onion, and topped with cheese)
Served with green salad.

3) Rice Taco Bowls ( Brown rice, Turkey ground taco meat, black bean and corn salsa, topped with cheese and lettuce).

Please turn in your orders by 12 Saturday so that I can get meals done for delivery on Sunday afternoon. Thank you..
