Each month, one of our Reachers leads a Lunch and Learn, giving the team a peek into something they’re passionate about. And trust us, the topics are never boring. 🤪 We’ve learned the secrets to the perfect blowout, explored the world of Animal Crossing, reminisced about growing up in the boy band era, dove into astrology, uncovered the history of collages and even Morse code!

It's one of our favorite ways to learn something unexpected, connect beyond our roles and celebrate all the unique interests, talents and personalities that make our team Reach.

What better way to celebrate one of our own than watching her reach an incredible milestone! 🎓💙

We’re so proud of Mariacamila Espejo-Garcia, also known as MC on the team, for officially graduating from Leadership Osceola's Class of 2026!

Throughout the program, Mariacamila stepped outside of the office to learn more about the community we call home, build relationships with fellow leaders and give back alongside her classmates. Seeing her embrace every opportunity to learn, serve and grow made graduation day that much more special.

Parker jumped right in this summer, became part of the Reach crew, and made such an impression that we decided her internship ending didn’t actually have to mean goodbye. 😉 We loved having her around so much that Parker is staying on with Reach part-time while she finishes her senior year!

Today we're celebrating our lead videographer, Wade Allen's, second anniversary with Reach! 🎥

Over the past two years, Wade has helped tell some incredible stories through his lens. One day he's capturing the grit and excitement of a rodeo, the next he's filming inside a cutting-edge semiconductor fabrication facility, and everywhere else across Florida. No matter the project, he brings the same level of creativity, professionalism and attention to detail.

Beyond his talent behind the camera, we're incredibly grateful for Wade's heart, hard work and willingness to go wherever the story needs him. His dedication helps our clients make a real impact, and we're lucky to have him on our team!

Creating a more accessible web starts with education. 🧡

Recently, two members of our REACH team, Aashna Bawa and Emily Brancart, had the opportunity to speak at the National Entrepreneur Center about website accessibility and ADA compliance. During the session, they shared practical strategies to help businesses create more inclusive digital experiences while reducing legal risk, expanding their audience and strengthening their online presence.

For those who don't know, Reach Impact Day started from a philosophy our CEO's grandpa believed in: Paying your community rent. Because what is a life without community?

During Reach Impact Day, our team steps away from our routines and checklists and offers our services pro bono to a nonprofit of our choice. And this year, we partnered with Help Now of Osceola, Inc to put our skills to work for a greater purpose.

From brainstorming fundraising campaigns, creating a year's worth of social content, filming critical storytelling pieces, updating high-traffic website pages and redesigning graphic materials, every project was designed to help fund their mission and reach more survivors in need. 💜

When nonprofits have the right marketing tools, they can connect resources to more supporters, serve more survivors and create an opportunity for healing. We're honored to play a small part in supporting Help Now of Osceola to continue that important work!

Today, on World Drowning Prevention Day, we're reminded that a few simple actions can save a life.

We're proud to have partnered with Experience Kissimmee, Florida's Water Safety Coalition, to produce a Water Watcher awareness video that educates families visiting Florida on practical ways to help prevent childhood drownings. From assigning a dedicated "Water Watcher" to staying distraction-free around the water, these small but intentional steps can make all the difference.

We're honored to use our creativity to support initiatives that create a safer, stronger community. Take a moment to watch, share, and help spread this important message. Together, we can raise awareness and help keep more children safe around the water.
