This one made me smile. This review came from a new client who had me voice a teaser for a tool that helps teachers.

They popped into my inbox and needed a quick turn - like audio in less than a few hours. So, I hopped right on the mic and sent them several options.

I've been eating sweet corn since before I had enough teeth to do it right, so you might say I was training for this VO job most of my life!😁🌽 If you're walking around Sam's Club and think you hear me telling you to buy some of the good stuff you don't have to shuck yourself (unless you enjoy the corn hairs getting stuck to your arms and legs), CART IT, and head to the checkout PRONTO!

I love doing commercials and voiceover for big brands - that's always a fun thing to talk about...but in voiceover, there are lots of smaller clients that help pay the bills. And for me, radio imaging is one of the steady, monthly jobs I count on. I'm so grateful to be the imaging voice for Life 97.3 in Duluth, MN, Star 88.3 in Fort Wayne, IN, J103 in Chattanooga, TN, and my newest addition to the radio imaging roster - 96.9 Renew Radio in Magee, MS! These radio stations allow me to be a part of their listener's daily life, and that means a lot. Plus, sometimes I get to wake up to messages like this...

"You are the best. I'm so proud of how the station sounds with you as our imaging person. Thank you!"🎙️🩷

You know it’s a good day when you get to do a directed session with Netflix.

I’ve been a loyal fan since the days of red envelopes showing up in the mailbox, so this one felt a little surreal. Very grateful for the opportunity.

It’s an even better day when they come back and say, “Amanda, we loved your reads on the last go-round… so we have some more.”

Okay, Netflix. 😉

Mums the word on specifics, but it’s incredibly rewarding to lend my voice to brands and stories that have been part of our culture for so long.
