One year in and we’re feeling grateful for what The Knox Collective is becoming.

Over the past year, we’ve welcomed new residents through 63 Knoxville Starter Kits, partnered with 33 local businesses and organizations, and had the opportunity to help people feel a little more connected as they settle into our community.

One of the coolest parts? Watching people move to Knoxville from all over — from nearby Iowa towns to states like Colorado, Texas, Florida, California, and beyond — all drawn here by family, opportunity, affordable housing, and the appeal of small-town living.

This initiative only works because of local businesses who believe in showing up for community. If you’re a business owner who wants to get involved, we’d love to connect. Whether it’s including an offer, item, coupon, flyer, or simply finding a way to welcome new people to town, there’s room for you at the table.

One year ago, we launched The Knox Collective to help people feel at home in Knoxville.

Since then, we’ve welcomed new neighbors, partnered with amazing local businesses, and watched meaningful connections form across our community.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, believed in us, and helped us grow this first year. Knoxville is special because of its people, and we’re grateful to be part of it.

Cheers to year one. 💙

63 households welcomed.
One shared love for community.

In 2025, we delivered 63 Knoxville Starter Kits to new residents and employees of Knoxville, each one meant to help people feel at home faster. The data confirmed what we already know: people choose Knoxville for the people and the feel.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible 🤍
Here’s to welcoming well in 2026.
