People often ask what industries RIZZO STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS serves.

The truth is…
our story started long before strategy.

I was raised in family business.
In a family of doers, creators, artists, healers, and hardworking people who were always evolving and figuring things out.

I was born in New Jersey.
Then Pennsylvania.
Back to New Jersey.
California.
Back to New Jersey.
Texas.
California again.
Oregon.
And eventually back home to California.

And out of everywhere I’ve ever lived, the Coachella Valley became the place that felt the most aligned.

My first job was going door-to-door taking pictures of kids on ponies.
I used to tell everyone my goal was to get a “real job” at the mall.

Eventually I did.

And the older I got, the more I realized something important:
most businesses were focused almost entirely on transactions, numbers, and output… but very few were paying attention to alignment, energy, connection, or the actual human experience behind what they were building.

That’s where we’re different.

At RIZZO STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS, we look at the heart behind the business.
The story.
The people.
The energy.
The experience.
The connection to community.

Because in this rapidly evolving world — especially now with AI and automation — human connection matters more than ever.

My background as a licensed cosmetologist taught me how to truly see people.
My daughter Edra’s work as an esthetician, Human Design guide, and Reiki practitioner continues that legacy in a new generation.

Creativity, healing, intuition, and storytelling have always existed in our family.
My mother is an artist.
We simply found different ways to express it.

Because people are the same.
The only thing that changes is the tools we use to communicate.

There comes a point where growth requires intention.

Over the last few months, we’ve realized that what we’ve been building through RIZZO STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS was never just networking. It’s been emotional equity. Real relationships. Real trust. Real community.

Moments like this are why we do what we do — helping people, organizations, and ideas connect in meaningful ways that create lasting momentum across the Coachella Valley.

As we move into this next season, our one-on-one availability is becoming very limited.

By June 1, we’ll be finalizing the partnerships, projects, and clients we’ll be personally pouring into for this next chapter. Our capacity is intentionally shifting toward aligned collaborations, strategic development, storytelling, and long-term relationship building.

For those who may not step into the one-on-one experience, we’re also building more accessible ways to work with us through guided workbooks, coaching opportunities, digital resources, and online support designed to help more people grow in alignment.

This isn’t about closing doors.
It’s about creating space to serve deeply, intentionally, and sustainably.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us, collaborated with us, and believed in what we’re building.
