ATTENTION Lake Forest College Students! It’s on Us and SWAN urges you check out an event that CASM, the Title IX office, Residence Life and the Student Government will be hosting. The event, “Hook Up” will be occuring on April 10th, at 7 PM in the chapel. This program is designed to be a 90-minute training program serving to topics related to our interests. This event will revolve around s*xual misconduct around the college domain. April is the S*xual Assault Awareness Month, so we urge you to consider coming out to this event as one of the many events that will be occurring during the Forester Five week. Again the event “Hook Up” will be occurring during April 10th, at 7 PM in the chapel.

SWAN raised a total of $500 for Zacharias S*xual Abuse Center. A big shout out to President Ellen Kazembe, Secretary Dominique Wilczynski and Public Relations Officer Losha Ilyukh for their hard work in planning this event. A big thank you to Dr. Kathy Salinger and Dr. Mary E.Grigar from the Lake Forest College - Health and Wellness Center . We would also like to thank our representatives from Zacharias S*xual Abuse Center Tina Gaudio and Kyle for supporting us at our event. We would also like to thank the volunteers who took their time to help us before and after event. The GoFundMe link (https://www.gofundme.com/donations-for-victims-of-assault) will still be up and running for one more week if you would like to donate!

Students For Women's Awareness Network (LFC) (LFC) is fundraising money for victims of s*xual abuse and assault which will be donated to Zacharias S*xual Abuse Center. In addition the organization will be hosting their yearly quiz night known as the The Safe S*x Toy Party on November the 9th . The purpose of the event is to create a dialogue about consent and safe s*x practices in a safe and comfortable environment with assistance from staff members from the Health and Wellness Center and a representative from Zacharias s*xual abuse center. All the teams that will be taking part in the quiz will be donating $10. All donations will be greatly appreciated!

ATTENTION FORESTERS: S.W.A.N. will be hosting the Safe S*x Toy Party on Friday, November 9th, 2018 @ 7-9:30 P.M. Create teams of 5-6 people in addition of $10 that will go in helping the Zacharias S*xual Abuse Center. Join us for a night where everyone is welcome! Our trivia night will also be celebrating the diversity of our student body, bringing together LGBTQ+ students, friends and allies for a fun, competitive evening
