What an awesome event on Saturday at the 2nd Annual Nashoba Rock N Brewfest. The torrential downpours only added to the incredible vibe of the event. And damn what a performance by ! By the way, my kiddo loves hearing them play 😄

The sunset fizzled and rain came in but at least we still caught a show.
I went out to Old Stoney the other day for sunset and ran into my buddy ! Always fun running into photo friends in the wild.
It was looking promising initially, with potential for magentas and purples but then it fizzled. But we still got this!

Pretty sure there was a group of kids associated with the cartels at a gas station I stopped at before reaching this spot 😵‍💫 but sheesh those dark skies of AZ are 🤌🏽 you don’t even need to be in the darkest of areas. This was only 35-40 minutes south of Phoenix.

This past year I’ve been so disinterested in shooting. I went out just a small fraction of the times from previous years. Sometimes life just gets in the way. Hoping 2023 is a bit more resurgent for me ✌🏽 but in the meantime, here’s one from a few years ago up in New Hampshire. Milky Way season is gonna start soon!

Another shot of Old Stoney with the last bit of sunlight kissing the landscape before it disappears for the night. Taken 10/16/22.
The early brights are gone. Lots of bare patches but lots of stuff still hanging on. The stragglers don’t seem to be as vibrant but it’s also been very bright out. I’m sure the colors will come out with a cloudy day.

My goodness, the Old Stone Church is LIT right now. Just gorgeous colors there at the moment. Apparently someone got a shot of me taking my shot 😂 check out my stories!
