Job Title: Sign Installer

Pay Range: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Sign Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of both electrical and non-electrical signs. This position requires hands-on work, operating lifts and boom trucks, and performing tasks at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical and non-electrical signs safely and efficiently.

• Operate lifts, boom trucks, and other equipment as needed.

• Perform sign fabrication, including:

• Cutting materials

• Making electrical connections

• Painting and assembling signs

• Weeding, taping, and applying vinyl to substrates

• Handle basic construction and installation tasks.

• Interact professionally with clients when needed.

• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries occasionally.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and operate power tools.

• Comfortable working at heights.

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Willingness to travel overnight when required.

• Previous experience in sign production, installation, or basic construction is a plus (but we are willing to train the right candidate).
