I decided to start bottling after I won several local competitions For many years I have made hot sauces at home for my own pleasure. I have experimented with different peppers and ingredients that I liked for taste and texture. In June of 2001 I began entering local Hot Sauce competitions, and three out of the six years that I entered, I won 1st place. The third win was the turning point, so I

decided to start marketing the recipes that won me the awards. I feel that the recipes are just right, you have the heat but with excellent flavor.
